So, occasionally I'll post some of my favorite recipes....This is one I tried over Thanksgiving and absolutely loved. In most of my recipes, I just say spices, because what I'll put in it depends on my mood. When I made these, I used chili powder and cajun seasonings, with a little habanero powder thrown in (I like things spicy!)....
Chili Cheese Cornbread Muffins
1 can cream style corn 2/3 c cooking oil
2 - 6oz pkgs white cornbread mix 4 eggs, lightly beaten
16 oz sour cream 2 c grated cheese
4 oz can diced green chilis Spices
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Spoon into lightly greased muffin tins. Bake 5-30 min. Makes 24 muffins.
