Made these Snickerdoodle Blondies for square dancing yesterday, but they were a little dry. I knew it would be when I saw how the batter turned out, it was too thick. Started to add a little milk, but when it comes to baking recipes, I always follow the recipe pretty closely the first time, and then tweak it the next. However, I don't think there's going to be a next time for this recipe, it just wasn't that impressive. Would've added more cinnamon and nutmeg to batter along with a little bit of milk. I also added some chocolate chips to the topping, and probably would mix some in with the batter as well.
